Brake upgrade

After the bike's first few meters in Faro we noticed  the rear (and only) brake wasnt up to our standards so we went for a rear brake upgrade. The lever's pivot point was on the lower part of the drum and pointing down. It was looking odd and worse,it just wasnt braking enough.
To cut a long story short, after hours of cuttin' and weldin' and a cuttin' and a weldin' this now looks and brakes much better, thank you very much.
This only comes to prove that not even the pros get it right the first time, you know.
