3TA top end

Coming to the final stage of the 3TA build process , we found the engine needed serious intervention. A top end rebuild was in order and since the head had some broken fins, I got another one from Eduardo in Oeiras.
The "new" head had 2 small chips we managed to repair and it's now on it's way to get some valve guides made.
